10th Street Distillery out of California is an American distillery that produces American Single Malt Whisky. For their whisky they used a peated barley exclusively imported from Scotland, distilled in a pot still with mineral water from the Sierra Mountains. Their distillate is then aged in used bourbon casks for a desired finish.
