Its slightly floral character makes for a refreshing G&T and works well in an Aviation too.
Bombay Sapphire mixes perfectly with fresh zingy lime wedges, pink peppercorns & a dash of Angostura Bitters, then lengthened with Fever-Tree ginger beer.
