Booker’s A small batch bourbon release, uncut and unfiltered. This spectacular bourbon, bottled at 62.7% ABV, and boasting a full-bodied flavour profile, began as former Master Distiller Booker Noes (sixth-generation Master Distiller and grandson of Jim Beam) pet project. The nose opens with fresh brioche with a slathering of Nutella. Hints of fresh brewed coffee, woody spices and sweet buttered corn. The first sip is black pepper spiced however switches to caramelised corn, dark chocolate with vanilla bean coffee, and a hints of cinnamon and nutmeg.The finish sees the spice mellow and delivers toffeed green apples and ripe pears. Bottled at 62.7% ABV.
